Applicants for research internship, basic doctorate
(PhD ), independent research (PhD) must submit the following documents
1.
Brief
biographical information (fact sheet - sample in Uzbek and Russian on the form
3.5).
2.
Duly
certified copy of employment record book (for working candidates).
3.
A
copy of a master's degree from a higher education institution or a diploma of
completion of clinical residency (for medical sciences), higher education (for
specialty programs).
4.
List
of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 1 article and
2 abstracts).
5.
Characteristics
from the place of work (for independent applicants)
6.
Copy
of passport.
7.
Copy
of the document of the State scholarship of the President of the Republic of
Uzbekistan
8.
National
or equivalent international language certificate
9.
All
documents are prepared in PDF format and sent to the appropriate HEI or
research organization with registration through the Unified Electronic
Coordination System for Postgraduate Education (http://phd.mininnovation.uz)
Applicants for the Doctorate
(DSc), Independent Research Doctorate (DSc) following documents must submit the

A
copy of the higher education diploma of a candidate of sciences or doctor of
philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent academic degree in foreign countries
5.
A
scientific report on the topic of research and a detailed draft of the plan for
a doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Science (DSc)
6.
List
of published scientific works, as well as their copies (at least 3 articles and
2 abstracts).
7.
Characteristics
from the place of work (for independent applicants)
8.
Copy
of passport.
9.
Scientific
achievements (copy of the document of the State scholarship of the President of
the Republic of Uzbekistan)
10.
National
or equivalent international language certificate
